CANCELLATION POLICY
Please know that I value both your time and my time. Once you have booked an appointment, that time is set aside to focus on you and your hair goals. I understand that Clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointment. Should you need to do so, I ask for at least 48hrs notice OR *50% of the service you are booked for will be charged. *Clients who no shows, will be charged 100% of the service you are booked for.
